My comment:
State secrecy must not be used as a cover to indulge in crimes. To unveil such crimes  should get a reward and not prison.

Further to reveal something which may be seen as a crime or detrimental to the public should have the effect that no punishment and imprisonment can be imposed easily.

If there is consent to this with many Americans and this could already help to  protect Snowden. I think Americans then know how to tell Obama to leave Snowden alone and have success with it. You are acting with this also against a government which goes too far The ability to do such successfully is an absolute necessity to prevent running deeply into tyranny or get out of it.



I wan Obama to regulate Technology related to MC and make protection against these  available everywhere.
