I had ordered something in China. The item was sent back. The Chinese online platform tells me in my account that the money was sent back to my payment provider. And this is already some time.

The payment provider is paypal. In my account the money does not appear.
I should contact paypal but last time when I did it I had more problems afterwards than before.

Paypal does not credit money sent to my account which is sent back to it from China.
Are they stealing it? It looks like.
Where to turn to. It looks after work to get my money if I get it.
