It would be nice to believe that article is true.

I do not know.

Russia can win people's hearts with such, but

is it really true. I used to think  all

governments use social engineering and 

Mind Control technology.

I experienced Chinese into Mind Reading,

Thais as well, Europeans and Americans anyway.

Harassment from Thais, Malays, Chinese, Germans

British, Dutch, Americans.

When it is true what I believe that

social engineering is used in large scale

by the West it is no more acceptable. It has lost 

its ability to lead to be attractive to humans this way

and is rather a dismay.

 When on the other hand Russia does 

not support such Russia is a huge lot ahead when

it comes to inner quality of societies.
