Yes it uses it to keep the ruling in control and their
desired values in place and exploit and destroy
opposition change people to their concepts.
This means that freedom for the individual does
not exist in the west. As soon as you don't walk
in the footsteps of the big powers and think different
you may end up tortured and brainwashed in this
so called western democracies where they pretend
to protect human rights and then not do when they
enjoy torture of any individuals.

 I state that I am a target of Mind Control
technology and gang stalking for 18 years now.

I state that through this social engineering which

I think Russians understand what the US is about: to conquer the world,  stopping Iran's nuclear ambitions was just another step. So the US probably won't abandon its plans for a missile defence system in Europe.
