comment: The ideal itself is nice but , I am astonished that such comes from China

China is the only country which manages under the domination of the West to rise
to a superpower  With its vast resources it actually has chances to build an empire
independent from the west. Forces who arim at such will probably exist in China and will possibibly resist the plans of an world order of equality xinhua reports.
The US has under the guise of high ideals of bringing human rights and democracy to countries invaded countries for their own advantages.
The ideal xinhua reports sounds nice and action related to such an idea deserves support.
but we have to  be careful what will actually happens, when activities related to such start maybe from China.
Chinese are known to be tricky. Such activities could include chances for China to extend
its power.
