Governments by nature strive to get control of the people to
 subdue them.
That is due the supreme position of might of governments
compared to the people. The government are ahead of knowledge
 how to control people and selling it to the majority as a necessity.
They are ahead how to control people secretly. They know how
 to hide  additional control in new laws which you will not discover
quickly and easily and else.
So governments are  a reliable source of suffering of the people
now and in future..I won't say they are all like this but many are.
