That is possible record-braking. Well, I don't know if there is any public data available comparing his performance to others.
Obama probably also wants to collect some fame of this sort, but not exactly the same.
After the elections in 2008 it was soon to see that he did not stick with the promises, he made before. So when he gets reelected this may encourage him to go for a record of broken promises.
The fame of such will make him even more a unforgettable person.
He is a democrat. He wants to win the elections and then realize democrats ideology and serve lobbyists and only give as much as unavoidable about what people want He is anyway in for such a possible record.
