In my last post I supported going into the Ukraine when necessary
with tanks from the Russian side.
To my observation it looks pretty much like this  that the idea of
going into the Ukraine with tanks was put into my head while I was
writing the post. I had peaceful ideas at first about dealing with
what happened there. At first sorting out what is going on,
then thinking about reacting.
I took the message and used it reacting later.

Timoschenko is  pro west. So should be her close aide who becomes
interim president.
Has  the West has already taken over the Ukraine?

To take over the Ukraine is one step for the west, to take over
Russia one of their next ones.
So what to do about it?
Use the same means the west uses? Pay peope to cause uproar
and pay organisations  in the country which serve your purpose?
Or Russia restores order in the Ukraine. It is
at it's doorsteps. If  necessary they could go there with tanks.
The Ukrainians should be free afterwards but not free
to join the west.

Frühere IBM-Angestellte war nachts mit ihrem Roller unterwegs zu ihrem Bungalow, als ein Wassertanklaster ihr entgegenkam und sie tödlich erfasste. Ihr Freund berichtet spaeter ueber den Umgang mit dem Unfall: "Wir waren mit einer Anwältin bei der Polizei, wollten den Unfall klären. Aber die Behörden hier helfen mir nicht." Keiner habe sich für das tödliche Ereignis zuständig gefuehlt. 

Kommentar:
Es war auch nicht unbedingt notwendig den Unfall aufzuklaeren. In Thailand sind Auslaender meist schuld egal wie der Unfallhergang war. Auch wenn sonstige Probleme auftauchen ziehen Auslaender oft den kuerzeeren. Es gibt viele nette Thais, die auch mal hilfreicher sind als Westerner aber auch genug andere, die lediglich ihren Vorteil suchen.
Wenn es ernst wird  stehen Thais gegen Auslaender zusammen. Dann kommt es auch zu Unrecht  gegenueber Auslaendern.
Das ist eine Schattenseite von Thailand. Diese gibt es aber nicht nur dort sondern mindestens in einer ganzen Reihe von anderen Laendern mehr oder weniger auch.
