In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. My comment. The house of Representative prefers to allow crimes with Mind control technologies and els by not regulating them and not supporting protection against such.
Can this be seen as a violation of their duties? Is their duty not also to protect Americans against any potential threat when this is within their possibilities, which they could have done do but did not do in the case of mind control technologies and else.

Americans what do you do with house representatives which seemingly support crime?
I assume you are used to such and do nothing, right?
I am a victim of such weapons for many years now and many others are as well. 
The Movement mentioned above has many registered victims.

Es wuerde dann aber reichlich ungemuetlich

auf diesem Planeten


allerdings halte ich es fuer  sehr risikobesetztes

 Denken, das ein Erstschlag ohne Vergeltung

 moeglich ist.Russland hat ja zum Beispiel

Uboote, die von jedem Ort in den Meeren der

Welt atomare Sprengkoerper in die USA 

befoerdern koennen und riesige Zerstoerung

anrichten koennen.

Desweiteren bei einem moeglichen Erstschlag

der Amerikaner brauchen Russen und Chinesen

keine Gesetze mehr zu befolgen.

Das heisst das Russland und China sich auch

 mit Chemiewaffen auf einen Erstschlag der

Amisvorbereiten sollten, falls sie dies nicht

schon haben.Desweiteren halte ich es fuer

eine gute Idee viele Menschen 

in die USA zu senden die dort leben und 

 heimlich darauf vorbereitet sind Zerstoerung

 in den USA zu verursachen mit 

Mininukes oder sonstigem falls es zu einem

 Erstschlag kommt um sicherzustellen, das

 nicht viele Amerikaner einen solchen

 Erstschlag ueberleben. Es gibt noch viele

 andere Moeglichkeiten um den wirklichen

Traum der Amerikaner naemlich den von

 den Amerikanern kontrollierte Welt zu

zerstoeren.


Ich bin mir sicher das eine Welt vom

 amerikanischen Mainstream kontrolliert

 eine Katastrophe waere und ich bin 

mir auch sicher das dies der

amerikanischen Fuehrung schlichtweg egal ist.

Die macht sich genauso wie die deutsche

Fuehrung vor das sie alles haben oder

behauptet es auch einfach nur um totale

Kontrolle zum Zwecke der Ausbeutung und

Herrschaft  der Elite zu rechtfertigen.

Ich bin zum Beispiel ein Opfer von

Geisteskontrollwaffen des

Westens. Mir passiert solche Ausbeutung

also schon abgesehen von regelmaessiger

Stimulation von missbraeuchlichem Sex

die mich oft fertigmacht.



Ich denke nach dem Artikel das die USA

moeglicherweise an einen nuklearen

Erstschlag denken beweist die

Gefaehrlichkeit dieses Landes. Ich halte es

auch fuer krank an einen nuklearen Schlag

von einem solchen Ausmass zu denken ohne

das eine vergleichbare Bedrohung vorliegt.


Die USA krank und gefaehrlich. Das erste was

man mit Menschen dann tut die so sind  ist

ihnen ihre Waffen wegzunehmen.

Ich halte es deshalb fuer wichtig das es gelingt

die USA ein Stueck zu entwaffnen. 

Wie dies genau geschehen soll weiss ich

nicht.

Die USA sind finanziell in der Klemme.

Vieleicht laesst sich darueber ein Druckmittel

herstellen.

Cures are for capitalistic medicine (western medicine) not interesting as you send a cash cow home with such while with just repeatedly easing the symptoms you are able to milk it the long term.

It has been there a long time. With the reign of Helmut Kohl in Germany and Ronald Reagan in
the USA corruption got an upturn. Some corruption was also there before.
There are problems of the system which favor corruption. Also to look into such would be a good idea.

In the article it is written that governments are seen ineffective in combating corruption. They are in it how can they beat it then.
