ich habe eine laengere Zeit zu viel getrunken und habe von einem auf den anderen Tag aufgehoert. Der Eindruck eines Mannes mit dem ich mich im Wettrinken messen wollte, wirkte binnen kuerzester Zeit. Der Mann war Alkoholiker und Zeichen des Verfalls schienen mir sichtbar. Ich dachte, ich will nicht dahin wo dieser Mann schon ist. Schluss mit Alkohol. Ich habe noch nicht mal abgewaegt wie Amy wie es laufen soll.
ich habe ganz einfach mehr oder weniger sofort aufgehoert. Gelegentlichem Trinken, etwa einmal im Monat, hoerte nach einiger Zeit auch auf.

Ich habe auch noch eine Aussage eines Insiders bezueglich Alkoholprobleme in Erinnerung der sagte das Erfahrung gezeigt haette das es fuer Alkoholiker erfolgsversprechender sei ploetzlich aufzuhoeren.
Aerzte sind oefters in gesundheitlichen Problemen keine Autoritaeten.

He abandoned with this institution for people who belong to the weakest and most vulnerable a part of their human rights.
In Germany any doctor can order a person to a forced stay in psychiatry which then often brings along additional traumatizing and damage with drugs.
Alternatives to psychiatry are important to realize human rights for those who are labeled mental ill and threatened with psychiatric treatment.

Ich halte es fuer wichtig das die Psychiatrie mit einer "Folkmedicine"
gekontert wird. Datensammlungen von Menschen die ihre psychische Heilung ausserhalb der Psychiatrie versuchten.
Diese Datensammlungen duerfen nicht alleine in die Haende der Wissenschaft oder Politik fallen. Beide zeigen sich mit der Psychiatrie als menschenfeindlich und als Diener von Profiten der Industrie.

Sie sollten von vertrauenswuerdigen Leuten, vieleicht Antipsychiatrieleuten verwaltet werden.
